What am I purchasing?

How do I get access after payment?
After Stripe Checkout completes, you receive an email with reseller panel login instructions. Access is typically active within minutes.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel anytime before your next billing date. Access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.
How do refunds work?
First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days if the service has not been materially used. Email support@phoenixdms.com with your invoice ID.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All card payments are processed by Stripe (PCI Level 1). We never store full card numbers on our servers.
